The Wildlife Partnership has worked on many diverse developments with a wide range of clients, we can provide advice and practical help to ensure legal compliance, devise solutions to biodiversity constraints and identify and find positive and pragmatic resolution in challenging circumstances.
We have provided Ecological Clerk of Works for several windfarm developments and on-going ecological advice on many development projects ranging from large scale eg. M77 Glasgow Southern Orbital to small scale housing developments such as Alderstone Road or Dixon Terrace. We have developed expertise in silt mitigation, infra structure micrositing, species licensing, mitigation measures, habitat restoration and habitat creation.
From the planning stage to final ecological landscaping advice, practical planting and habitat creation schemes, we work as part of teams creating best solutions in all environments. An essential part of this process is liaising with local authority planners and ecologist/biodiversity officers, on site project managers, engineers, the work force, foresters, and representatives of statutory bodies such as SNH and SEPA and representatives of local communities and NGO’s.
